G.Skill, a U.S. memory manufacturer, has settled a $2.4 million class-action lawsuit over allegations that it misled consumers about the actual performance speeds of its DDR4 and DDR5 RAM products. The lawsuit claimed that G.Skill failed to clearly inform customers that the advertised maximum speeds
