Goldkey Technology has completed and signed a three-year syndicated loan worth NT$3.6 billion (US$111.3 million) to support inventory growth and working capital needs tied to AI servers and other high-demand markets. The Taiwan memory module maker said the financing will also back materials purchases as it prepares to expand its high-end RDIMM business in the second half of 2026.

The activity spans memory modules, controller chips, and niche DRAM, underscoring how China's memory industry is evolving from upstream chipmakers into a broader supply chain ecosystem.

ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) is gaining attention as a potential new force in the global DRAM market, but memory module vendors say the Chinese chipmaker is not offering the low-cost DDR5 supply many in the PC sector had hoped for.

Transcend Information said revenue for April and May combined has already surpassed its first-quarter total, as tight memory supply and elevated prices continue to lift sales at the Taiwan-based memory module maker.
