SK hynix has priced its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) offering at $149 per ADR, raising $26.507 billion. The transaction surpasses Alibaba's $25 billion listing to become the largest initial public offering (IPO) by a foreign company in US history. It is also the second-largest IPO ever completed in the United States, trailing only SpaceX's $85.7 billion offering.
